I'm currently working on a support project and planning to make a switch.
Which Tech stack I can pursue and has more scope.

Honestly, I only work with excel and some other small tools for performance engineering in Mainframe. 

I wanna switch to a new tech within 6 months. Any suggestions. It's urgent ,please post your thoughts.

I have been on the bench for the last 2 years. What technology should I study for a switch. Where should I start from scratch? Experts please help me in this process. I will be very grateful to hear your advice.

I am currently in a company with 8.55 lpa ctc ( just graduated this year btech cse) . We do python databricks also sql server and IICS .( basically data engineering ) . I don't want to do data engineering. I want to learn something else which is exciting and will give me more pay . So now I am learning Golang but stackoverflow survey says that zig language pays the highest ( quite strange ) . So I want to ask Industry experts what is the hot tech right now , what should I learn which is interesting as well as pays more ?

Which technology/programming language should I learn next

I'm a b sc graduate. I'm currently working in a company for 2.52LPA. In- hand is literally 17.2k. I completed two years in Feb 2024. Now I have 2 YOE but no proper skill, with no proper working experience. I going nowhere staying here in the current company.
Should I resign now and upskill or Should I upskill,get another offer and then resign. 
Please pour your suggestions.
Also, please tell which technology can I pick and start learning. I strongly feel like it's now or never.

Hey good folks, I’ve have had a decent long career of 9 years now, started with finance for 1 year switched quickly to category/program/ business facing roles for the longest time, I have worked in various edtechs - notable Unacademy initial days, currently working for a fintech company, I have a very good interest in tech as a whole for a long time, product management is the best role for me move forward and switch, I wanted to know a way to switch or learn in the right way, do courses work ? Will only practical experience work ? 

P.s not exactly a newbie in the space, I’ve identified problems, ideated, built and solved problems via features, functionality and process all in the purview of product + results - one of the reason why I find it extremely interesting

Although I thoroughly enjoy delving into backend architecture and databases, I find myself at a crossroads. Heard many discussions among seniors of the rise of Deno, Go, and Rust, suggesting a shift from JavaScript. In view of a long-term perspective, I am contemplating dedicating time to learning an additional technology and engaging in side projects. Hi folks, 
I'm stuck here, I joined this organization a year ago. Still on bench. I'm from a mechanical engineering background. Know only the basics of Java, HTML, CSS, little bit of Javascript. 

Should I learn DSA along with Java and spring boot, mirco services or Javascript, react js. Or please suggest me other tech if they are feasible and would help to switch from my current organisation.
If you have time, a roadmap would be very helpful. Please guide me on this matter.

I have been working as a Software Engineer for one year and eight months, having joined a unicorn e-commerce company right after completing my engineering degree. My technical expertise lies in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS, focusing on backend development. Currently, I am facing a high level of toxicity in my organization and am considering a switch. Despite not having any job offers yet, the heavy workload in my current role is hindering my preparation for job interviews. This situation is leading me to consider resigning first to adequately prepare for a transition. However, I am uncertain and confused about the prudence of resigning without a confirmed job offer.
