Why are the DMs not working here

Why am I unable to open my grapevine DMs? The app crashes when I open it. Please help

My dms aren’t functional from past week. Just showing “chat initiated” and app is force closing as soon as I’m clicking on the dm button 🤔 Anybody knows any solution?

Hello Viners, have known some of you since a very long time. So if anybody wants to say hi, would love to chat with some of you who I’ve previously exchanged messages with on comments :)

Whenever I open one of the DMs, the app crashes abruptly. I am unable to see the messages sent by that person 😐 It'll be great to know what the issue was and how the developer fixed it. I am assuming some null value was fetched.🤔 Follow up, how do I tag the grapevine team to get their attention here? 👀
