Why does this guy always talk about interview experiences and why does he have 250k+ followers?

Why is it bad to post interview experience? People who are applying will get a fairly good idea of prep. One can argue that it wastes time for the interviewer, but then so many people used to interview in multiple companies and leverage offers from one to get better terms.

LinkedIn 3rd Rule of thumb- You can safely neglect all posts from folks who have more than 2 or more lines of Bio beside their name
When I was in college, some people use to believe highest Facebook ‘likes’ make them super popular. Unfortunately, these were the folks those who were loner and had more fb friends than real life.
P.S. - Results might not be true always.
I do find it helpful. But this is just another LinkedIn influencer trying to gain clout. Everyone seems to be hustling.
