Will switching to Node js from Java developer be worth it?

Hi guys, I am currently working in a SAAS startup as a backend Engineer. Tech stack: MERN, AWS, little bit of GenAI now. I know most big companies use Java springboot for their backend, so I'm thinking to learn it is I want to switch later. Or should I go for golang as it's becoming very hot in recent times. Or should I continue with NodeJS? Let me know your suggestion. I have worked on little front end development as well.

Hey guys, Recently got a call from a company which offers sdks as solutions to other companies eg: widgets for poll, etc can be done via including their SDK. And most of the work revolves around web components i.e. plain HTML, CSS and JS and some React here and there. So being a Frontend Developer experienced in Next.js, React, Typescript, Tailwind CSS, SASS/SCSS, Redux, Zustand, etc. Is it wise to make a switch here ? Thanks in advance!

Hey Devs, I’m currently working on low-code tools and earning 27L/year with 6 years of experience. I’d like to switch to development because I don’t want to stick with low-code tools. Started learning JS, React, NodeJS and other tools such as Docker, K8s and NoSQL stuff as addon. Is it a right path or do I need to start with something else? I have also started building small AI stuff with help of HiggingFace and LangChain. This is just to stay upto date with current trends.

Ruby is a dying language & I need to switch as my salary is lower than what peons probably earns so need some guidance. 1. I am wanting to switch to Frontend completely and then some backend in a new company in MERN stack, what salary can I expect for my YoE ? 2. The role offers great learning opportunities with the latest tech stack (React, Node.js), but it's a contract-based position on third-party payroll. Worked in node for almost 1.5 years, then switched to python + ops Starting compensation was 7 lpa and currently is 9 lpa. Thinking about switching but at the same time market looks risky as well. Need suggestions for what to do, be it tech stack(is python in demand or node in demand?) , job change
