Java springboot or Golang for Node devs

I'm a b sc graduate. I'm currently working in a company for 2.52LPA. In- hand is literally 17.2k. I completed two years in Feb 2024. Now I have 2 YOE but no proper skill, with no proper working experience. I going nowhere staying here in the current company. Should I resign now and upskill or Should I upskill,get another offer and then resign. Please pour your suggestions. Also, please tell which technology can I pick and start learning. I strongly feel like it's now or never.

Hi guys, looking forward to some advice. I'm working as a Frontend developer for the past 2 yrs, tech stack is React, Javascript. I'm feeling that I'm bored with the work and not learning much now, just building components and calling new APIs. So I thought I should try backend development. The backend tech stack in my team is Java, Spring boot. I have knowledge of core Java. If I continue with the current role, I might get a promotion next yr but if I change I will not get. Also I eventually want to go to a MNC, where I see generally hiring is for backend roles where system design and DB is asked. Frontend specific hiring I mostly find in startup and mid sized companies, which I want to avoid. Another option is to switch to a different company like Microsoft, etc where they look for a general software engineer, for which I will need to study system design and DB. I'm fairly good at DSA, so not much of an issue here. What should I do?

Need suggestions I am having 2 yoe in frontend(Angular), now I want to learn backend, should I go for spring boot (or) .net ? Need suggestions... Thanks in advance:)

I'm a 2023 grad, and gained 6 months of experience in RPA, specifically Power Automate and Apps. However, I'm facing a lack of growth in my current role, as the projects as less. I've become comfortable with my current situation, receiving a consistent salary and doing wfh, but now I'm concerned about the future and the stagnation of my skill set. I've decided to upskill myself with a more relevant tech stack. I'm confused between opting for 1. Java backend with Spring Boot. 2. MERN stack. 3. Upkill in power automate, apps. As a fresher, I'm unsure which path to take. Any advice would be appreciated.

Long version:- So i joined my current company as fresher.Had basic knowledge of java then was trained on java spring boot Microservices devlopment. Then put on bench for about 5 month(i actually wasted that time).Now got a project I do automation using python and selenium.I don't like doing it . So now I want to switch to development. Confused should i learn Django, Node js or should stick with java spring only. I am more inclined towards django as now i write automation script in python. And i personally feel it to be better then java (maybe cause it is easier to write).But i don't know market trends. That's why guidance needed.Thanks in advance

I want to become a backend developer and I'm stuck and confused on what tech stack I should choose, I am good with both Go and Rust but the job market seems to favor the MERN stack. Hello all, I am a frontend developer (angular). I have 2+ yrs of experience, I want to transition into backend dev. But getting confused in which framework to choose, like spring boot, node, golang framework, django, flask etc. Since I don't have any experience in backend work, will it be a problem for me. Any other issues which I might face? Please guide.
