Work culture at Deloitte?
I heard that the work culture at Deloitte is bad that people work for 15 hours a day? What's happening at Deloitte?

It's normal
But there's a difference.. You won't be infront of system for full 15 hours
To give you example my work life as follows - 6 to 9 morning call and defects resolution
9 to 11 - no work
11 to 1 - work on priority item
1 to 2 - lunch
2 to 6 - client calls , Implementing Solutions including team meetings etc 6 to 9 - no work 9 to 10 - wrap up and finish emails
So thats the typical schedule for person in Deloitte
People who slacks and lazy, just complain and put blame on company
Interesting, the work is scattered around multiple hours. It could also mean that there's less time to spend with family, friends or to go out for a movie or dinner. Which is why people would be complaining I guess.
obviously you are missing the point - The place of NO Work is basically you have time with you to spend time with your family or friends, go gym and enjoy your life..
Because you don't go to office 😁
Even if you go - you can sit for one hour and come back for attendance (2 days a week mandatory) .. no one is there to ask you for maintaining 9 hours in office

@IcyCowbell85 Any idea on which one has better projects India or USI ??
I am currently working in Deloitte USI. Here I need to work for 13-14 hours everyday minimum. I have received an offer from EY around 35% hike. I’ve heard that the work culture of EY is even worse. But anyhow if I have to work for 13-14 ...
