Worst hiring processes are opted by most companies
I have been looking for an Android Engineer for about 1.5 months and i applied on LinkedIn and company website but they don't reply. But if I apply to in the same company then the middle man as a consultant will call you and help you schedule interviews. Regarding that i have a question: What is the purpose of Posting jobs on career page and in linkedin if HR's are hiring from with the help of consultants. Can anybody please help me get the job and please share your views on this. Plus i am also looking for a freelance Android development work also not getting any result. I will highly appreciate it. 🙏🏻Please share your thoughts.
HRs are running shell companies to earn more.

Nowadays hr post openings to increase engagement. I will advice to get referral for your choice of companies through LinkedIn. Use premium linkedin to your advantage.

I tried to get a referral, but they don't refer instead they just tell you to apply on the career page or contact HR.

It is numbers game buddy. If you dont get success at 5 people, increase your number of people. Say you message 15 people and ask for referral.
