Worst manager and HR of ey
I am serving my notice period it’s been more than 1 month my mother has an operation yesterday but my hr is saying you can not take leave since you are are serving your notice period. You have to inform week or two week before. How am I suppose to inform emergency early. Am I can no longer service my notice period also cause I have to take care of my mother. Can some one tell who should I say to them,
This is insensitive behaviour.
I believe they do allow sick leaves during NP. Use them citing mental health as the reason. Or else, just mark attendance and shut down the laptop for the rest of the day. No one will expect any big deliverables during NP.
I want to get release early which I don’t know it hit the ego of my manager or what they are not considering it
