Zepto work culture
I've heard the work culture in zepto is not very nice wrt product designers, I wanted to really put in cold mails and get in there but I'm not sure about it, any thoughts on it?

Product guy here. My opinion is that there's good learnings and growth here due to immense expansion but you should be ready to grind out some extra hours.
