I've heard the work culture in zepto is not very nice wrt product designers, I wanted to really put in cold mails and get in there but I'm not sure about it, any thoughts on it?

@hellobroski did you find out anything that might be helpful
Heyy, not really, it's just the comments here.
The work culture at Zepto is dynamic, where efficiency and innovation are valued. Zepto holds team members accountable for their work, enabling them to take ownership and assume a higher level of responsibility. It is an organisation, which encourages communication and cooperation between different teams.
Zepto also commits to data-driven decision-making by providing the team with the tools, resources, and time to objectively assess their own performance throughout all processes. They want to create an independent, safe work culture for all employees with high standards of health and prosperity. In general, Zepto's goal is to create a successful and healthy work environment where everyone develops (both personally and professionally) in order to achieve the mission without crashing or burning out.
Could anybody from Zepto or Ex-Zepto shed some light on their engineering culture. In the process of considering either Zepto or an early stage pre-seed startup.
My priorities in order:
I'll be joining as sde3 most probably in wallet, customer support or order management service.
Can you someone from zepto help me about how's the work in these teams, people, overall wlb ( do you need to work always on weekends?)
