A good investment platform for a beginner?

I'm a total newbie at investments, especially when it comes to the stock market (equity or mutual funds). I'm wanting to start my journey in this direction with mutual funds, so I can gradually understand the dynamics at work. I'd like to know which platform is good for a beginner to start their investment journey (with mutual funds as the starting point). I've come across multiple apps (Paytm money, upstox, growww etc.) as well as the regular bank/AMC apps. Which platform is advisable for ease and convenience, with things like ease of buying/selling, customer support, market insights and so forth?

Zerodha + Coin. Simple UX. Not VC run.

Won't do sudden changes of policy like forcing customers to liquidate their foreign portfolios.

For long term investing, it ticks all boxes.
