Early stage startup doing really well

Hi People,I have been working as a springboot developer for a year now. Looking for insights from experienced individuals here. What are the possible paths for someone like me to try out. I see I can learn devops or javascript frameworks and become a full stack developer. What are some other possibilities? Thanks

I have been on this journey for a long time now. Lots of failure comes with loads of learning. Hi, I'm a PM and I've recently left my job at a unicorn to take up a higher position at an early stage venture. I'm only the second PM hire of the company which means a LOT of 0 to 1 building. The work is pretty solid and my level of learning is far, far beyond what I was doing at my unicorn stint. I have a lot more autonomy here and my manager is great. But lately, I've been feeling that this move would probably close my doors for FAANG or even companies like Flipkart and Zomato - because they'd probably pick someone from a unicorn company over me. Is my apprehension correct? I'm only 3 years into my career if that helps. Thanks

Late stage, soonicorns. Growth roles.

I am an ex founder, recently left my company. I don’t seem to have the courage to start again and don’t feel like have any skills . I’ve been consulting some startups on fundraise, should I try building an investment banking company ? I don’t know if that is what I want to do.

Fast learning and fast paced growth aside, after 15 years of MNC experience I joined a startup to get some ESOPs.. and hopefully a good buyback .. I have worked in 2 startups now.Both of these were already Unicorns when I joined . While I love the culture and dynamic pace of a startup i feel my chances of getting a payout are slim... My personal learning is to get a good reward you have to be in top 10 employees for sure ... otherwise it's not worth it .. There is no point joining a Unicorn in middle management...or second in command in any function... Happy to hear your thoughts !
