Do Job sites help Real Talents get Jobs at Top MNCs?

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for a HR Professional who can hire people (with backdoor options). Because nowadays people with good knowledge are not valued. Companies need experience only. How a fresher can get experience without anyone hiring them. This issue is not only for freshers, this is happening with the people who have experience and want to change their career field. Summary: You refer the people who are looking for a job they'll pay you a referral bonus. You got money, people got a Job. It's a Win-Win

Especially in these times Any job portal ?? Referral?? Contacting HRs??

I have been looking for an Android Engineer for about 1.5 months and i applied on LinkedIn and company website but they don't reply. But if I apply to naukari.com in the same company then the middle man as a consultant will call you and help you schedule interviews. Regarding that i have a question: What is the purpose of Posting jobs on career page and in linkedin if HR's are hiring from naikari.com with the help of consultants. Can anybody please help me get the job and please share your views on this. Plus i am also looking for a freelance Android development work also not getting any result. I will highly appreciate it. 🙏🏻Please share your thoughts.

Looking for recommendations where HR's reply is faster/processing of application is faster.

I mean its so hard to get a referral or is it just me? Basically, 1. Everyone on linkden is basically an influencer, though with a legit experience and ofcourse technical skills, its more like everyone is just there to flaunt and I practically see no one actually being helped or helping. 2. Only on a personal level, I guess having met them, do people take you seriously, that still is a low probability. So my question is, if you were an average Joe in this job market, how would you approach people to have them actually land an interview let alone be selected?

I have around 2 years experience and am looking for a switch. But I am finding it very difficult to get interview calls. Has anyone recently switched their jobs? What portals do you use?

I arranged employee referrals from Microsoft , Visa , Arcesium , Walmart but no response came not even rejection its almost 1 month. Is there any other trend prevailing in market? Or more precisely Am I approaching in the wrong way?

I know the market is a bit dull these days for senior engineers. Still some folks are getting jobs successfully. So reaching out to the Community here to know what worked for everyone ? For example - Reaching out to Recruiters on LinkedIn - Reaching out to Hiring Managers - Getting referrals etc.. Please enlighten me with your insights ✌️

The recruiters dont take action on applications, and even if someone does, its hidden behind premium subscription. As an applicant, where do I get the same quality of jobs but a better platform
