Worst hiring processes are opted by most companies

Finding direct job opportunities with organizations can be challenging through career sites due to the overwhelming number of listings. It's unclear whether applying on LinkedIn results in direct communication with HR or if it's merely for display. I haven't received any direct calls from companies after applying on LinkedIn. Only we will get the calls from consultancies through naukri, Consultancies often prioritize immediate joiners, which isn't feasible for those with notice periods like 90 or 60 days. Any valid suggestions are highly appreciated.

I usually get calls from recruitment firms not from direct companies. And i feel LinkedIn is useless and never gets calls from the recruiter, how you get calls and get to know about opportunities. ?

Does applying for jobs in different company websites, LinkedIn or naukri really work? Has anyone received call that way? Have been trying to switch since two months and applied for a lot of them, got only one call that too from naukri after recruiter visited my profile on their own.

Currently I am trying to switch from service based company to better environment hopefully product based companies. Thing here is I am not getting any interview calls (I may blame 90days notice) but how product based companies hire… like i am checking naukari. It’s full of consulting companies mostly or service based companies. LinkedIn I could see some job posts but not actually hearing back from them(maybe skill issue) . So like from where these product companies hire ??? Anyone know any leads.

I'm incredibly frustrated with LinkedIn's job application process. It seems like the job tab never works effectively, and I wonder if others share my experience. Despite applying to jobs using the "Easy Apply" and directly on company websites with a well-crafted resume and complete information, I've never received a response. I question the authenticity of these job postings and whether HR professionals actually review the applications. If they do, what is their process? How do they sift through the numerous applications? It feels like my efforts are in vain, and the lack of feedback is disheartening.

Folks who are giving interviews these days, which companies are you interviewing for ? Also what is the method of getting the interview ? Did recruiter reach out to you on LinkedIn, or you applied on a company portal and got the call or did you ask for a referral ?

I have been seeing people complaining how referrals,carrer portals,emails,linkedin etc ,none of these are helping them get shortlisted or get an offer. So for people(or their friends)whose organization are hiring or did hire people, which route is being taken.
