30 M 6.5lpa need transition in career

I have seen so much ads on fb and insta about powerbi course ads should i learn powerbi tool what ctc can i expect currently in t*s having 6yoe.i don't know coding, not s developer ,Powerbi will be new for me what kind of work will be there, anyone working on this tool currently kindly tell how much you are earning My ctc 6.5 very low, need to increase, till 60lpa by switching.

I have 8+yrs of experience as web developer and currently I'm working in Infosys. I want to switch into a profile within the company where there is minimal coding. Wizards please advise!!

Need your suggestions, I have a total 7 years of experience and recently switched to one of the organization and this is my 3Rd switch, It has been 3 months no learning scope here and in future roadmap also I couldn't see anything much for my tech stack , and current project is too much of Micromagemet, though of switching to other company, as I switched 3 months back can try other switch now? Its good idea any impact on my career? Please suggest

Hi all, I’ve been working with oracle for almost 2 years. It feels stagnant now. No new skills, newtech to work upon, moreover my position is Associate SDE but I’ve been with QA team since beginning. I’ve talked to manager regarding same but no fruitful outcome. I feel stuck. Im actively looking for switch but can’t figure out which skills to study or start from bcoz different companies ask for different skillset. And my profile looks more like automation tester then SDE. Pls help !!

To give a brief background, I did BTech in biotechnology from a tier 2 college which I soon realised didn’t have any interest in. Currently 24YOE I took up a job as an operations analyst at a series b funded startup. Worked on internal tools + gsheets + SQL(basic select queries). Became expert of this internal tool but realised the skill and knowledge isn’t transferable. Got promoted to project analyst within a year and started handling internal teams + client comm. gave 1 year to this position. Currently at 8LPA Now I am looking to switch and unable to understand which way should I go. Have interest in business strategy + data related work.
