New workplace not vibing

I joined a new company 3.5 months back and my manager always finds flaws in my work. In case I did not reply to the email within 5 mins, he starts questioning my work interest and there are many such incidents. What should I do?

Was laid off, took a pay cut to join this (maybe desperation took better of me) Now the workload is too much, the founder cracks disrespectful jokes, and vibes are just too off I am not enjoying the work I was detesting going to work the first Monday itself 😔 This is also not aligned to how I imagined my life, off the track really Should I resign?

Hey- I’m a CS fresher from an NIT and ended up joining a company whose culture doesn’t sit with me. I’ve just joined the company and have no clue when to move- need experience and there’s a recession. Also, I’ll be doing an MBA (looking at ISB) in three years so is it fine if I switch or should I stay (not preferred but open)?

Joined an organisation 2 months back but work is not good , should make a switch?

First company shutdown it's operation and gave work to current company. Now new company took some of the employees from old company. I got selected in that. And I joined given that I didn't had other offer. But now after 1 month this company doesn't feel good. Desperately wanting to change the company as work is bad (although working on same work which I used to do, tech is very old, VB. Net) but not feeling enough prepared. And the current time is horrible. My company has 90 Days notice period. What to do? Recruiter on this spot reject direct after hearing 90 Days. (1 Year experience) (salary is around 10) Also wanted to change tech stack. And how much salary should I target now given the market condition? Some recruiter even straight away said you are already getting paid high. grapevine fellows, please advise.

I have become bitter about this corporate work culture. Had some terrible work culture in my last 2 jobs This has affected me a lot. Joined a new one, though it's good in terms of culture to an extent. I have gotten into the phase of not taking phony talks or fake conversations . It's getting hard to socialize, all I see is power play, insecurity and selfish motives. I can't talk to everyone and mostly can't take the fake things. This has increased more as I changed jobs and got older All they say is communicate more , increase visibility. Not sure how I will get used to things. It's getting very tough as I gain experience. I somehow feel this is affecting my growth.

I'm a lead engineer at a small-mid Indian Saas company. Been at the company for more than 6 years (total yoe 8+) and used to like the company and culture, alway top performer. Had been managing my team really well, mentoring them.. juggling multiple projects, reducing tech debt, improving developer experience.. and I enjoyed it. Now the company is trying to transition my role to more of a technical product manager where I have to think about how to improve the product, new features, take customer feedback, understand business analytics, usage, adoption, iteratively improve and deliver value. I'm not sure if I'm ready for this role. I hate this MBA shizz. What should I do? Try to like this, work on it and ace it? or let my management know that this is not what I signed up for.. I feel low at work because I'm not able to meet my expectations (let alone my manager's)

This was the job I so badly wanted. It's WFH. The actual work hasn't begun. Training phase is going on. It's not even training. They've sent me some material to read and learn. That's it. I don't know any of my colleagues well. I just hear their voices on teams meet. I feel like quitting already.

My story - So I switched to a startup last year. I was initially super excited in solving problems. Asking questions and just being curious about everything in general. Then, some incidents of my manager's behavior and team folks has turned me into a person who is so fucking afraid of now asking questions, doing tasks. My stakeholder communication sometimes I miss on, some things that seem to be pretty obvious had I been my competent self of previous organization, I am missing out on. I don't communicate well simply because I don't want to face my current manager and team. There's huge disconnect as well. I am not at all excited to work everyday. My friend was miserable in my previous org but now after switch he's damn happy and doing good! I want to know if this is something that happens with you all? Or are you all like you fit in everywhere? Or is it just My problem and my incompetence? Because I am always reminiscing my past org and my performance there was exceptional!
