Need suggestions regarding Life Insurance
I have existing policy with ICICI Pru Horrible support, I'm trying to update my address details Their app,website do not work, call doesn't connect on support What are my options? Can I transfer my policy to other players? Mere zinda hote hue ye respond nahi karte, marne ke baad to paisa nahi milenge 😲
Mail a formal complaint to the Insurance company. Usually ccing Regional/Zonal heads etc works. If they don't respond you can file a complaint with IRDA.
