I have recently moved to a new job. My boss is too abusive. Every time i speak to him , it impacts my mental health. I am unable to sleep at night. I am just passing days as i feel it is a bad phase and will soon be over Do you think it will have long term impact on my health?
You will have to show him he has no power over you and you are not desperate for this job. Tell him if he abuses you again you are gonna report him to the HR. Don't just sit and take it, it's gonna affect your mental health severely.
No job is worth the bad mental health.
If you are daring enough abuse him back, or record him abusing you so you have proof when you report him to HR.
Start finding another job in the meanwhile.
