Accenture | Early Release | Serving Notice Period

I've been with Accenture for 5 years and recently received a better offer, but they want me to join early. I had to serve a three-month notice period, so I resigned and asked for an early option, but they haven't given me any confirmation, even though I requested a buyout. Accenture has not given me a rise in the last two and a half years, and I was hoping for a raise and a promotion this time, but they gave me nothing, thus my CTC reduced, but they are still not releasing me early. What can I do, guys, please assist.

Have you updated ATS. If so, you will receive an email about your resignation use that mail and send mail to manager looping hr and case manager to go for buyout or redeem PL and release early ...don't go any verbal ...if any verbal discuss sent the same in email ....make sure try to close this asap mainly try loop Hr next level....you will won't get any response from project side....you need to be smart here play with hr policy they can only pressure your project
