I got offer with 50% hike from accenture and accepted but I did not resigned from tcs yet. Its been a month now Got mail from accenture HR on confirmation on joining date and asking to confirm on the LWD so they shall update DOJ accordingly I have YoE 3 and Ctc 8 What should I do?

I did not wanted to switch but i got a call so i thought to give interview and get experience but i cracked and they gave offer, i asked in current company to increase my ctc as i got offer but they told we cannot increase ctc, we can give u onsite 2 months. So I confused and not able to take decision. So 3 weeks went now
