How is it working Plum Insurance in terms of WLB and culture?

You have got a Job offer. What are the parameters other than salary are a must for you before you sign the contract? Only if these parameters are there then only you will go ahead; else not.

Can someone please share any review about Playment.io? How is it to work for, work culture, WLB, Leadership etc?

Anyone here working for upgrad? Will be interviewing for them, just wanted to know about their WLB and other benefits? (If any lol?) Wary of edtech startups being crapshoot and prone to layoffs, but overall they're giving a nice bump on my existing CTC, just want to make sure not jeopardizing something in the long run although my preference has been getting the bag but not at the cost of my sanity.

How's the wlb and job security ? Is it true that they fire few people every year ?
