Advice from people who have invested in Land in Bangalore
So for quite sometime these ads for plotted villa development has been flooding my inbox. Has anyone here invested in those. Is this a concept only seen in Bangalore or other cities also have this? I want to invest but I don't have the balls to deal with the land mafai (which many of my local friends sadly crossed paths with when they were constructing their independent house).. So asking about these gated plots
