I am an APM with 1 YOE, I am fed up with this toxic culture & couldn’t feel any progress post college.

I am thinking of quitting in the coming month & go home & figure out for a next gig, also move to Bangalore.

Questions:

Should I quit or not?

Would I get a better comp? My current comp. is 12.35L

What are the things I should note before I make a move & what would you advice personally.

You are not overpaid so ideally you should be able to get a hike or atleast the same pay. The market is not that great, so apply aggressively for a month and set the base before putting papers
