I have recently been offered a product designer role at one of the Big 4 companies. But the offer they have made is at 12lpa. I have around 3 years of overall experience and a Master's degree in design. There seemed to be no wiggle room during the negotiation. What should I do?

You can take the low-balled offer and keep looking if you don't have alternatives.
