Am I progressing right?

Recently switched team and joined a team which is basically a recently acquired company by my current employer. The team kinda has a startup mindset. My tech stack revolves around building apps using React Native, Expo and other ecosystem libs. I have started learning swift in order to be able to write native modules or at least build native iOS apps. Is this the right step or should I go for something else ? (PLEASE PUT DOWN SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR THE LATTER ONE)
