- How do you find the peer group? On a scale of “folks who’d roll their eyes when you ask for help” to “don’t mind helping you pickup something you’ve a difficulty in understanding”?
- How organised and planned is your work?

It’s more of compensation of the annual culling which was paused for last 2-3 years due to covid.
And certain part of business do not have great outlook, hence reduction in workforce for those units.
