As a fresher, no there isn’t. They recruit only from colleges which they visit on campus.
Their ECHP is one way, though this year it is open only for 2024 batch. It is open for both final year and prefinal year generally.

It’s more of compensation of the annual culling which was paused for last 2-3 years due to covid.
And certain part of business do not have great outlook, hence reduction in workforce for those units.
