No need to eat less. Eat decent amount, but less number of times. That way you control the cheat meals.

Weight training, people don't consider it as beneficial as cardio but that's not correct, it can be equally good if not more for weight loss

Idk if this would help ..
Only thing that matters is calories in & calories out
I find it really easy to skip breakfast & feel hungry during dinner .. Breakfast being the most important meal of the day is scam invented by Kelloggs

First meal of the day immediately after getting up shouldn't be heavy else you won't be able to focus on your work or feel energetic. This "breakfast like a king" theory is a fraud.

Have ample amount of protein, has many indirect benefits. (100gm for an 80kg male)

  • no hunger pangs or late night munchies

  • more energy consumed to digest

  • better metabolism

  • muscle growth (if working out) which in turn doesn’t let your bmr dip once you start losing weight

I found it on myself and others, if we lose weight without increased muscle mass we’re bound to gain everything back once we slack off on workouts or diets. Once you build muscle that’s the best way to keep off the excess fat

People mistake this with Dieting. I'd say switch to intermittent fasting instead. It is the same, except you allow yourself to eat only in the active body window period.
