Any one hear constantly think they are going to get fired, how do you guys deal with thought ? I have been working for about 5+ years but still have this anxiety and for some reason it’s bothering me a lot more than it should.
I don't honestly. I have 0 liabilities. 2.5yrs into my career. Even if I am fired today, I am fine. I'll roam around, stay with my parents, spend time with friends. I'll find something interesting to do or solve

10.5 years and it never goes. I always end up running away. This time it caught up with me. The idea isn't to dispel the fear. It's to live with it. Ensure financially you're fine, mentally you're not basing your life and existence on a job, and ensure you join companies that're safer bets. Also keep upskilling.
9 yrs into the industry still it is same. For me, mainly its not maintaining the saving and having liabilities. I suggest to save up money atleast which can last till 1 yr even if you dont have any job and try to maintain 0 liabilities.
