I am anxious all the time

Today i have gone to doctor as i have headache and little bit of dizziness. She said i got anxious all the time. It is kind of true. But i dont know how to rectify those anxiousness.

For example, i am going get a project where i dont how to work on backend project wrt testing. I got anxious. I got anxious while driving that i have to drive safely. I dont have to go for over speed limit. Even if i pick up tea cup i got anxious that tea should not be spilled on floor.

I have remote job and work is chill. But anxiousness always finds a way in my routine. Due to that i am getting high blood pressure. I am also walking daily except this week due to sickness.

Any idea how to be less anxious in every work.

Nutrition could be the issue. You can try adding yoghurt, green tea, dark chocolate, nuts etc in ur diet

Do you exercise and get out into the sun?

Get blood tested first. For any deficiency. I had the same symptoms but found out I was vitamin deficient. Importantly vitamin B12 and D.
Also include cardio exercise. You will feel lighter.

Try taking Ashwagandha tablets for 1 month , it helped me a lot with stress and anxiety.

Are your B12, vitamins and other blood markers alright? Sounds like a deficiency.
Get a blood test done asap.

Looks like GAD to me but I an no doctor. Go to therapist and get diagnosed.

Yeah thinking of same. But stereotype of going to therapist at young age scares me. See here also anxious 😅

If you truly want help then you should genuinely consider a therapist. Theres no age bar to see one. There are people younger than you in therapy

If possible take a break from your work , from your regular routine. For a couple of weeks do exercise and meditation.

Working out might help. I get anxious when I'm sitting around for a long time.

I feel the same since a few weeks, although my anxiety is at a lower level and is mostly centered around work. Add to that, I have an overthinking nature, so it becomes really difficult at times controlling it and focussing on doing actual work.

Having my parents around helps(WFH) as they keep motivating me, but the thought keeps crossing in my head - is this how I am going to live for the rest of my life ?

Please see a psychologist (for counselling) and psychiatrist (for medicines) both. And include physical exercise in your routine. Hope you feel better soon
