Anybody from Runwal Near Palava City

Stay away from Runwal. I did the booking last year around August end. Tried cancelling the same after one day as I didn't get the right Vibes and found out a lot of red flags. I never received my booking amount back like I lost 21K INR which is the least amount you needed to book the flat. In a lot of cases if you cancel the flat after sometime they never return the money as well and locality wise it's not good as well. Water issue and far away from the station. Also if you check their date when a flat will be made available it is shifting continuously also if you see RERA date and date which they will do. The delta is huge.
