anyone here who has burnt their fingers during or after buying a property in gurgaon?
i am thinking of buying a plot/flat for investment purpose (budget 1.5-2 cr), but am unable to understand where to buy.
any advice on what to do and not do, and where to buy/avoid will be great! TIA
If you are planning for a plot you should wait till decision is made on 4th floor. For flat it will be difficult to find a good deal for 1.5cr. But always go for an above average brand if investing in under construction or new project.
What is special about the 4th floor?
@Mr_PD : can i not just buy the land (under ddjay) and wait for the 4th floor decision? It's expected soon i guess anyway. Also, i might look to resell it even before the construction requirement comes up. Wouldn't that work?
@AITookMyJob : haryana court had ordered a ban on stilt+4 floors construction on low rise properties built on plotted land. That's expected to be overturned though.
