How is work culture, is the company doing decent, any news of layoffs soon, how's the learning, is it worth joining? Had an interview with the company recently

My current company is unstable (fintech) so you can compare that way. By unstable I mean a huge cash burn, layoffs here and there, PIP always happening... (List goes on)
