I want to learn little bit or give some try on digital sketching or drawing kind of things But doing it alone became kind of boring or inconsistent, any community or group which I can join to be consistent, I am a complete newbie

they are mostly for professional, and people who are doing things to make portfolios for their career
and I am looking at it just like a hobby, random sketching, not like app or website or brand identity designer
Toh you aren't a photoshop type, you are ms paint type ?
You can buy a tablet and stylus and start or buy one of those drawing pads that work with laptop and Photoshop.
On tablet some apps have basic tutorials on sketching or you can look up some digital artists on ytube.
If you want to work professionally then buy a wacom tablet.
I have ipad allready so tools are not the problem, it is the group and motivation and little bit of inspiration
