APM Fresher Salary

Hey folks, Got a full time offer as an APM and they offered:

  1. 10 LPA Base
  2. 1 lakh Retention Bonus (will be given in the first month)
  3. 1 lakh ESOPS

Should I accept or negotiate for more? If I negotiate, which component should I negotiate and how much?

The offer seems fine.
But still if you want, you can ask for more base or maybe joining bonus as well

Is 14.5L base good enough for an APM role with 1 YOE? The organisation has funding of $200M.

18 is standard, along with a bonus and ESOPs. 14.5 is lesser than most companies with such funding. Negotiate higher!
