I am not sure of how to negotiate considering I don't have any competing offers. I am mostly thinking of asking for higher base atleast, but I don't think they'll take it. After a research online, Apple Base Pay is not usually a WOW factor. Please advise me with this.
RSUs are much more valuable than base pay. I'm not sure why many people don't understand the value of RSUs. RSUs are always in USD, so your pay will increase since it's directly linked to the USD.
That's because the thought of staying at that place for 4 years is tough
You will get 25% each year, so it doesn't matter if you stay for four years or not.

Asking once is worth a try. They’re likely to not negotiate. Just take this offer IMO. They’re a great company to get into and sky is the limit after that
