Asking for suggestion - Finance Role (29F, CA)

I am 29F, with 8.5 YOE post my Chartered Accountancy. I am working in FP&A profile and based out of Bengaluru. I need few suggestions from experienced folks out there

  1. Please suggest some good company/MNC to switch with provides decent package plus good quality work.

  2. How is the Job market doing for Finance now? Is the opportunity there?

I have worked with couple of startups in past and right now leading FP&A Team.
