I am currently working as a PM in B2B Space. But I want to develop PM Skillsets for B2C space as well.

Can someone please share what are most important skills/tools a B2C PM Should know. Do share relevant resources if possible!

I don’t know why you find it hilarious. Having worked as both B2B and B2C PM, I certainly know that B2C PM is highly data intensive as compared to a B2B Model M

I’m a b2c pm

spend time with users, they f up a lot, all your assumptions are mostly wrong
good design taste
data heavy work (if not you then have a well trusted analyst)
speed of iteration (mvp-> hit goals-> next milestone), throw lot of things at wall, see what sticks
don’t ever make dark patterns might help with initial number boost, eventually users will hate you for it

B2C PMs should be very comfortable with

quick iterations and chaos, as product changes/experiments are much more frequent
ability to gather feedback very quickly and build on it
data crunching
prioritise north star of company (growth, retention, revenue) at different points in time vs ARR in case of b2b mostly
