Customer success at 9LPA for 2.5 YOE

What’ should be the ideal salary for a customer success manager having 13 years total experience? Any idea?

I am a software engineer with 3 YOE. I am working in a service company getting 9LPA. Although I do have advantages like unlimited holidays, flexible timings etc. And WLB is also good most of the time (except launch or demo weeks). I am a decent full stack developer.

Started off my career in 2011 as System Administrator at 5000 INR. By the time I left it in 2012, I had reached 10000INR. Moved to a metro city and started working for a client based MNC at 3L per Annum. After working for 2yrs I had reached at 3.3L INR per annum. Switched job to another city at 9L per annum. I joined as Senior position. Since then I am working at same place and same team. I have grown from Senior position to Managerial position. Salary grew from 9L to 56L INR. I would like to know from your folks, is it a good growth?

im a product intern transitioning to APM. Is 13L base a good place to start. I feel its a little too low as everyone seems to be making more than me. I was expecting around 15-18 but market conditions seem bad, should I look for other offers or do y'all think this is a good one Besides comp, work culture is pretty good and the opportunity + room for growth is plenty. Very good manager, not much pressure, know in and out of current task but its stagnant now Not much growth Living a comfortable life TC 15 Now have a new offer will have to relocate to mumbai, and then the whole hustle begins I am having second thoughts on choosing new offer, can people with experience lay down their thoughts
