Have an interview coming up, how to prepare for frequent switching question?

Hi, I have almost 10 months of experience as software developer in 3 companies one internship, 2 full-time. First 2 was absolutely initial-stage startups, this one is a seed-funded startup. In my current company the culture and the manager is really nice. I work as a backend developer, node, MongoDB, express, genai, auth, etc. tech stack. But the work does not excite me at all, I was enjoying at my previous company a lot more. That was young team, so everyone was new to tech and trying to figure out things and was helpful and collaborative. Here everyone is in their 30s and 40s and I am 23, no one even cares of what I work and how difficulty I am facing in work/team. That's why I fear of losing my job every day and I am still on my probation. So I thought of applying in case I get laid off. I got an interview opportunity at company. I want to ask what should I answer if the interviewer asks me about the frequent switches. In first company I switched because the company is like 3 people and no funding was received so only 3 more months of money remaining( btw now only the founder left and he is still trying to raise money, my other colleague left too). So what should I give a reason for this potential switch? Current perks: 6LPA base. Nothing else.

Switching jobs like a monkey on a tree, aren't we? It's not a circus, my friend. Stability matters. "Mauj masti" in a young team won't pay bills. Why are you switching now?

I don't really wanna switch. It's the fear of lay off because of which I am applying for jobs until the probation gets over. I don't enjoy the work and the no one cares about my work attitude I hate. For s simple message reply I hate to wait like 6 hours daily from my TL.

How can I switch?

Hey grapevine folks, I want to switch to a product based company with good payscale, but finding it hard to even get one interview call. Also, is it even fine to switch right now as per market conditions? I work at a good MNC with 10 billion dollar + revenue, but I joined here as a fresher so I get paid less. Why is it so hard to leave first company?

I joined TCS 3yrs ago and since then I couldn't switch. I am planning since last year March but actually not able to work on it. Even I couldn't apply actively. Currently I am involved in a role which has nothing to do with development and I feel bit less confident. So I want to know why it is so hard to leave? Does everyone feel same? Need suggestions on switching jobs.

Hi everyone, I'm looking to switch jobs for a better pay as my current CTC is 4.06 LPA which doesn't suffice me at all. Also, I have got many calls for interviews but out of them only 6 interviews got arranged and in those interviews as well I am unable to ace them at all. I'm trying to apply for a Java Full Stack developer. I need suggestions as to where I should concentrate and how I should prepare myself. In the last few interviews that I gave, the interviewers asked questions about creating small programs and they didn't ask anything about my current and previous projects that I worked on. I need some suggestions as to what I can do here in this case. Also, how much salary can I expect for a switch if I have to answer for an expected salary. Thanks.

I come from a non-tech background and have ~4.5 years of work-ex across banking, consulting and business development (2.5 years, 7 months, and 1.5 years respectively).
