Since start of 2024, only handful of orders placed have been delivered. Moreover they simply mark orders as delivered even it wasn't.

You can ask your local kirana bhaiya to drop it at your door (choose the nearest shop ofc).. would serve you 100x better than bbdaily
I use milkbasket, see if they serve your area, daily milk free delivery with ₹1 discount if create subscription can also addon other groceries stuff to the same order, for a yearly subscription of 500-600₹
