IIRC, out of 110mn, 100mn is debt. Also, the screenshot looks made up as the timestamps doesn't make sense.

+1 seems fake, sad to see founders posting these kinds of posts.
She/her kind of women are always this egoistic.
She could had simply ignored or wrote a polite rejection.
For your information btw. In that $110M, $100M is debt. Only $10M is equity.
I have no thoughts on this. How does the debt part matter if the company has raised.
Let's say they gave away 10% equity in this round. If they would have raised $110M in equity, their valuation would be $1.1B. But if they raised $10M in equity, the valuation would be $100M.
In trying to post a redemption story arc, he himself got trolled big time.
He must me working in Faang like companies which are valued at Multi Billion Dollar. So he did the right thing even now the startup won't be able to match his salary.
