Water Softener

Living in Bangalore, the hard water is mostly causing a lot of hair fall and my hairline is receding. Has anyone used any good filter inside the bathroom? Or found an alternative as such?

Does water softeners available on amazon work? Any personal experience? Pls drop product name if you use it

I've (28 M) been having hair fall since about 8 years now. While in college I was actually a bit crazy about this and tried a lot of treatments, eggs etc. Nothing gave much satisfactory results Current state is like receding hairline showing a decent U shape. I try to cover it by having a bit long hairs in the front. But tbh I've never been able to figure out the perfect hairstyle suiting this predicament. I've been applying minoxidil since last few years. I've not been that much regular and there are brief periods when I'm not able to apply it. A doctor prescribed me dutasteride which I took for a while but that also didn't have any lasting change (maybe it works while you take it and not afterwards or it could just be a placebo effect) With time there has been awareness and acceptance that there is not much you can do about it. Recently I've been hearing a lot about traya on the internet but usually I try to ignore anything that can inspire any hope on the subject due to past experiences but a close friend showed me his before and after pictures for traya and those results looked good. So should I give it a try ? Bear the burden of hope one more time ?? Have any of you tried it ? Please share your reviews. Also are the medications like a lifetime thing ?? Will the hair start falling back once I stop the treatment ?

Hard water is leaving a strong white marks on the bathroom and kitchen stuff Is there any effective solution to this? P.S. living in a rented space, so cannot make big modifications

A bit off topic, but can anyone please share genuine tips to stop the fall of hair. Bangalore water is abysmal..

Hey GRAPEVINERS, hope you all are doing well, i am suffering from receding hairline , and its getting severe , i am just 22 and i don't want to have that male pattern baldness too early, in my family, no one has that much severe male pattern baldness, my father has not great but good hair as per his age , i don't drink , smoke , eat healthy but still losing hair , yeah I never massage my head with oil I also take vitamin d3 supplements as majority of people as 70-80% people are deficient in vitamin d , mine is also low It would be great if you could advise me some great measures to tackle hair loss...

I have been in Bangalore from last 8 months, I have started to experience from 2-3 months Tried using Man Matters - Minoxodil || ❌ It didn't work Trying Traya from 2 days - service seems to be good but results might take time is what they are saying Can someone recommend me, how can I approach this problem!
