Need Help to be Analytically Strong

I have a Liberal Arts background with my focus always in Social Impact. Recently, I did a management degree and pivoted into a generalist role - working at a social enterprise as part of the CEO's Office. Unfortunately, I am not getting any analytical work or a single chance to play around with data. But I want to do so, and desperately. What kind of resources will you recommend me to get better with data analytics? I have already zeroed on doing an Advanced Excel Certificate (as revision), also keen on doing Six Sigma Certification from LinkedIn (just to better my basics and start thinking analytically).

Im an analyst and have experience of ~2 years and I think I'm pretty good with data,numbers and in general analytics. I know most tools in analytics but now I think I've done enough. I like this field but have no clue how to get into DS. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi! I'm a CA Inter pass out with about 7 years work ex. I have worked in fields such as Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Compliance and Reporting. And i for a fair fact also believe i have a thing for Data analytics. I get too excited when i have to work with large chunks of data on a spreadsheet to formulate results out of it. I want to get into Data Analytics. How do I go about it ? I have been learning R and Python at a slow pace. Suggestions and inputs are most welcome.

Hi guys, I have a tier - II MBA, 5 years of work-ex post MBA. I currently work in marketing and the pay is good. However, I struggle with my mental health in this role, especially because I am an introvert who deals with ADHD. I have figured out that IC roles with minimal dependency on other people is where I thrive. I also like working with data in my role, whenever I get the chance to do so. I figured that Data Analytics/Science could be one of the fields that I could work well in. How do I pivot to this field? Where do I start? What kind of salary structure can I look at? What would be the growth? Is it even worth it?
