2BHK in 15-21K is next to impossible, in Bellandur, increase your budget or get a 1BHK in the same budget. Also welcome to BLR
Bellandur is the worst area to stay in Bangalore due to traffic and water problems.
I doubt you’ll get even a decent 1 bhk in that budget. Rents are too high and inflated in and around Bellandur.
