Best way to get better at product interviews (2-3 years exp)?

I have been a PM for the last 3 years but my interviewing skills are really bad.

I have sat through a bunch of interviews. Read decode and conquer cover to cover, but even then, I've made little progress.

I know I'm not bad at the role because I have gotten frequent hikes and created tangible impact on every product I've worked on.

The interviews I have cracked are mostly due to luck and my conversion rate is poor.

Would love to get some insights from folks who have experienced the same roadblock.

A good place to start is to give a crap ton of mock interviews with your PM friends.

To be honest, don't have any close PM friends at the same level. Can network and find some but that's more of a long-term fix
