I don't have any medical conditions and I am a man in my mid twenties, height 167cm weight 64.5kg I try to consume 60 grams of protein through vegetables and eggs, I don't eat meat I eat last meal of the day before 8pm and 1st meal of next day will be after 12pm but consume black coffee without sugar, milk (basically just coffee powder boiled in hot water). Helps with tolerating hunger.
Try to consume different vegetables every meal
Meal is ideal if 40℅ qty is vegetables (cooked with less additives and oil )

You can start with 12:12 plan later 14:10 window then go for 16:8.

Please don't rush in the process, with female it might cause hormonal imbalance.

Regardless of your gender do your own research in intermittent fasting, before starting.

Calorie Intake < Calorie Requirements for weight loss. If you want to work on the LHS of the equation. Reduce your calorie intake, if you want to work on the RHS of the equation do more physically straining activities. In the absence of any additional medical condition then this should be the only thing you need to keep in mind.

Walk for an hour in the morning or cycle for 30- 40 min. Don't over eat, don't eat after 9 pm if possible, give your body 12 hours at least after the last meal to process all the good and bad you have taken in during the day... Be consistent, give your health some priority.
