I don't have any medical conditions and I am a man in my mid twenties, height 167cm weight 64.5kg
I try to consume 60 grams of protein through vegetables and eggs, I don't eat meat
I eat last meal of the day before 8pm and 1st meal of next day will be after 12pm but consume black coffee without sugar, milk (basically just coffee powder boiled in hot water). Helps with tolerating hunger.
Try to consume different vegetables every meal
Meal is ideal if 40℅ qty is vegetables (cooked with less additives and oil )
You can start with 12:12 plan later 14:10 window then go for 16:8.
Please don't rush in the process, with female it might cause hormonal imbalance.
