Head of Brand / Marketing salary range

Folks Checking for an approx range of salary for Head of brand or Head of marketing roles at Series A start ups in Bangalore. Will adjust for Delhi/ Bombay. Usually they ask for anything btw 6-10 yrs of experience. I know that is too broad but thats what I have observed Also, wrt esops is 1.5X of salary a fair ask?
