Showed a bunch of senior managers how to use YouTube vanced a few years back in my previous company. Got started to be treated as a great member of the team during meetings to co-workers surprise after that.

Taught my product team mongo aggregations and sql joins by sitting with them daily for a week. Gave them read only db access so they dont ping tech everytime they need some data. Achivement cause I made product folks do some tangible work.
