I have 15 yrs experience in business development but offlate it's getting monotonous and boring and saturated.

I have keen interest in product management.

hi! best way to switch would be by making a lateral move. Good start would be to read some books on PMing, shadow a PM in the org and see if you like it.

Having grasp and thorough understanding of business is quite imp for a PM and that is what you bring to the table.

I don't see this as a illogical/impossible kind of a switch.
