I have actually written a case study on Sugarcane Juice business in Bangalore

Sugarcane juice is a popular drink in many parts of India, and Bangalore is no exception. With the city's tropical climate and high population, there is a significant demand for sugarcane juice.

The business model is simple yet effective. Sell freshly squeezed sugarcane juice in different sizes at a reasonable price. The juice is prepared right in front of the customers, ensuring that they get a fresh and healthy drink.

Start it near a Cult Fit.

@manish You would need to source sugarcane, for this you can connect with existing sellers of sugarcane in the city.

Since, it is a commodity. There isn’t a lot of pricing power. Ask around and negotiate. Start small and then scale to enjoy economies of scale.

Start by one outlet and sit for a month. Make adjustments to your pricing and recipe.

Once that is done, hire someone and standardise your process. Now, the guy’s job is to emulate your recipe.

You should do this and repeat for atleast 6 months. Once, that is done. You will have a sound idea of the sugarcane business. From pricing to procurement costs, you will have an idea on how to optimise costs.

Then, work on building an online presence and follow the freewater.io playbook. Basically, reach out to local businesses and sell them ad spaces on the bottles.
